What kind of liability does a tenants-in-common owner have? PDF Print E-mail
Tenants-In-Common investments limit an investor's exposure in two ways. First, investors own their investment through a single member LLC, which limits their liability to the equity they have invested. Second, properties with financing have non-recourse (no personal guarantee) debt that limits their lender liability.
